Architect’s Wife strives to provide 100% customer satisfaction on all our products and services. Unless noted below, any item purchased on online or in the store can be returned for a full refund as long as we receive a return request no later than 7 days after delivery and the item is unused. Please thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery. If your order is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us at 406.577.2000.

 

ONLINE SALE OF LIMITED FURNITURE PRODUCTS

Many items in our online store are not available for sale through the website itself. These items are identified by the following language in the item description: "Item not available for sale online. Please contact the store." We look forward to speaking with you directly about any items which you may wish to purchase or receive more information.

 

RETURNS

Once a returned item is received, the item will be inspected. Exchanges, credits, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Please make sure your merchandise is in new and unused condition with original packing material and invoice attached.

Shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Re-stocking fees may apply up to 25% of purchase.

 

CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS (includes custom/special order, furniture, rugs, lighting, bedding and accessories):

No returns, refunds or exchanges on any custom/special ordered items will be accepted. Customers have 24 hours from time of order is placed to cancel without penalty.

Lead times are estimated on past experience and current commitments from suppliers. However due to factors beyond our control such as backorders, general production or freight delays and/or adverse weather, we cannot and do not guarantee lead times. Orders may not be cancelled nor deposits refunded due to late lead times and/or delivery.

 

RUGS AND RUG ACCESSORIES

Standard rugs may be returned with the original receipt for a refund or exchange within 72 hours of delivery. Rugs that are damaged or soiled in any way will not be accepted for return.

 

BEDDING

Returned bedding must be in new, unopened, unworn and unwashed condition, in its original packaging with all original tags. Mattresses, box springs, adjustable bases, and pillows are all on a final sale basis and cannot be returned.

 

AS IS AND CLEARANCE ITEMS

Items in this category are sold on a “final sale” basis. Returns or exchanges for “As Is” or “Clearance” items will not be accepted.

 

HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE

We can accept returns only if they are received back in original condition no later than 72 hours from your delivery date. We cannot accept returns of holiday merchandise post holiday.
